Job Overview:

As a seasoned Performance Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for building, reviewing, and contributing to testable requirements that ensure the optimal performance of our applications. With a proven track record in all forms of performance testing such as load, soak, breakpoint, stress, high volume & batch testing, you will lead junior team members and contribute inputs in defining performance strategies & frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, script, and execute performance-related test cases against quality objectives.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of scripting, scenario creation mimicking real-world scenarios by implementing suitable parametrization & correlations concepts.
  • Experience with Automation Testing using Selenium and proficiency in Load Testing tools - JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling.
  • Hands-on experience in any APM Tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, Sumo Logic, Azure Insights, AWS Cloud Watch, Prometheus).

Requirements:

  • Good year experience in Performance Testing with NeoLoad.
  • Experience in any one Cloud technologies (Azure/GCP/AWS).
  • Experience in any CI/CD – DevOps (Jenkins, AzureDevOps etc).
  • Basic knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring tools.
  • Any Technical Certifications in Load Testing Tools NeoLoad, (HP Load Runner) or APM tools.
