Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless dining experiences. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, time-off requests, and performance reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a positive work environment and resolve daily challenges efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Manage and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver efficient and friendly customer service.
  2. Oversee inventory management and ordering of food, beverages, and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  3. Develop and implement staff training programs to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
  4. Monitor and adjust daily operations, such as reservations, staffing, and table management, to optimize workflow and customer experience.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements:
