The APS6 Office Manager role is a critical part of our team, overseeing various programs to ensure office environments meet organizational goals. This position supports both internal and external stakeholders by ensuring compliance with relevant requirements, standards, and policies.
About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrative professional to join our team in Sydney NSW. As an APS6 Office Manager, you will provide well-informed advice and guidance to members and staff regarding day-to-day operations around accommodation, property, facilities, security framework and procedures, and asset management.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide expert support to all members and staff relating to best practice in safety and security requirements, work point allocations, and coordinating special events.
- Liaise, negotiate, and build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, external agencies, service providers, suppliers, contractors, and building management representatives.
As an ideal candidate, you will have strong knowledge of property, facility, risk, and asset management. You should also possess well-developed managerial and organizational skills, high-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage competing interests.
