About the Position

The APS6 Office Manager role is part of a team responsible for overseeing various programs to ensure office environments are suitable and meet organizational goals.

This team supports both internal and external stakeholders by ensuring compliance with relevant requirements, standards, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide well-informed advice and guidance to members and staff regarding day-to-day operations around accommodation, property, facilities, security framework and procedures, and asset management.
  • Responsible for providing support to all members and staff relating to best practice in safety and security requirements, work point allocations, and coordinating special events.
  • Liaise, negotiate, and build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, external agencies, service providers, suppliers, contractors, and building management representatives.
Requirements/Skills
  • Strong knowledge of property, facility, risk, and asset management.
  • Well-developed managerial and organizational skills.
  • High level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing interests.
  • APS5 level experience or above (or equivalent) is desirable.
