Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Sydney. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing annual plans for the offices, aligning with the company's strategic direction
- Managing and developing the Greater Sydney Workplace Experience team, including Reception, Workplace Coordinators, and Event Coordinator
- Coordinating the roll out of WHS initiatives and ensuring our spaces meet ESG policies
- Collaborating with the Operations Manager on new leases or lease renewals
- Maintaining the offices to clean and well-presented standards
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport and maintain effective relationships
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services or consultancy environment
- Proven managerial and leadership experience, managing up to 5 direct reports
- Excellent organisational skills – ability to work with a large number of internal stakeholders and prioritise tasks effectively
