Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team as a Strategic Office Manager. This role is responsible for the management of the entire office, ensuring compliance with legislation, trends, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive administration and organizational skills, with experience in an Operations or Office Management role within Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance: Ensure all property management and sales staff adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Wellbeing: Conduct regular check-ins with staff to promote their health, wellbeing, and job satisfaction.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring: Regularly monitor compliance, agency, and management agreements, as well as staff performance and professional development.
  • HR and Training: Provide guidance and support on HR matters, including onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Recruitment: Assist with recruitment efforts, including shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
  • Liaising: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in an Operations or Office Management role within Real Estate.
  • Skills: Extensive administration and organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Credentials: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of customer service.
