At Talent International, we are seeking an experienced Agile project manager to lead the implementation of large-scale enterprise-wide CRM solutions. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, you will play a crucial role in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the overall leader of the project team, providing excellent leadership skills and ensuring strong communication channels to motivate and direct the team towards engagement success.
  • Build and lead project plans, supervising and reviewing project progress and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects, and identifying and resolving issues for successful project outcomes.
  • Lead multiple large projects or small to medium-sized interrelated projects requiring complex cross-functional teamwork and management at the program level.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including project management, risk management, communication, and business organizational change.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with business end-users, including coordination and user acceptance sign-off.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits that include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Proven project management experience, including handling external client projects.
  • Capability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a project plan and collaborate to acquire information, such as estimates, as input to the project plan.
  • Proven history of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget, managing multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy team-oriented environment.
  • Project Management Methodology Certification, such as Prince, PMP, SAFe, or Scrum.
