Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Solutions Lead - Agile Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our agile squad, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, test, and deployment of data warehouse/data lake solutions for customers, including ETL. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Working with other scrum masters to manage inter-team dependencies and with other teams to manage ongoing schedule dependencies
  • Understanding and anticipating customer needs to effectively manage the development process
  • Reporting on key agile metrics and traditional metrics
  • Working with the team to prioritize backlog items based on customer value, time, and other team dependencies
  • Being the primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams
  • Conducting performance of releases
  • Ensuring the team is aware of business decisions and creates valuable increments with each iteration
  • Guiding the team through complexity
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional Services experience working in an onshore/offshore model
  • A proven track record of project managing data projects for customers, including ETL, Data Warehouse, and Large Reporting Systems
  • Project Management experience working in an agile team, as well as experience using project management fundamentals
  • Experience managing customers and stakeholders
  • Possession of passion for innovation and knowledge of upcoming tech trends
  • Ability to manage expectations and communication from cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
  • Banking industry experience (good to have)
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to a global learning and development program, mentoring from industry leaders, and a worldwide network of career opportunities.
