Fitness Sales Consultant

The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fitness Sales Consultant. As a key member of our club team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a thriving membership base by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about the fitness industry and has a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to build rapport with people, we would love to hear from you.
