As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to club sales budget through proactive sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create positive and personalized member journeys
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs
- Regular service calls to new and existing members
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life
- Problem-solving skills and ability to overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Tenacity and drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
