Commercial Account Executive Role Overview
The Commercial Account Executive role presents a unique opportunity to drive sales growth with industry leaders. You will partner closely with key customers to understand and support their businesses, building a future you can be proud of.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain lasting business relationships with major project builders.
- Identify key stakeholders at each client in your portfolio and ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Define project objectives and deliverables, conducting regular project meetings and providing progress reports.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, achieving stock control targets and revenue goals.
- Drive high-quality results through effective negotiation and pipeline management, collaborating closely with our internal sales support team and BDMs.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and networks with decision-makers across various stakeholder groups, utilising CRM tools efficiently to manage client relationships and sales data.
- Contribute to the overall team and company growth through active engagement and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for working with people and excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, experience in project management, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Solid analytical skills with a good understanding of reporting, strong organisational skills, and excellent rapport-building skills.
- Professional personal presentation, proven integrity, honesty, and strong organisational abilities, self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to meet company KPIs.
- A team player who is self-driven and motivated to succeed.
