**About This Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Winning Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving significant sales growth with industry leaders and building lasting business relationships with major project builders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner closely with key customers to understand and support their businesses.
- Build a portfolio of major project builders and identify key stakeholders at each client.
- Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction with both national and regional clients.
- Define project objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports.
- Achieve stock control targets and revenue goals.
- Drive high-quality results through effective negotiation and pipeline management.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and networks with decision-makers across various stakeholder groups.
- Utilise CRM tools efficiently to manage client relationships and sales data.
