National Grocery Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts, maximizing category performance, and expanding product distribution nationally.
As a key member of our team, you will own relationships with some of Australia's most influential retail buyers and category managers. Your focus will be on developing tailored business plans for each key customer, aligning with category and brand objectives.
You will work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and sampling programs. Additionally, you will identify gaps in distribution and new category opportunities, then create a plan to secure them.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence everything from promotional campaigns to new product launches. You will have the autonomy to shape strategy and build strong retailer partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' FMCG experience with a strong track record in key account or category management. They will have a deep understanding of the Australian grocery retail landscape, including both major chains and independents.
