Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of National Account Executive. This key position will be responsible for supporting the Yoghurt and Desserts Grocery Sales team in various capacities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize product performance through data-driven insights, promotional submission completion, and administrative support.
  • Support sales forecasting, systems management, and trade spend initiatives.
  • Deliver team financial targets related to volume, net sales, and gross margin contribution.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for ranging, sales, market share, and profit improvement through data analysis.
  • Update Coles and WWs sales and customer insights trackers with relevant data.
  • Process and investigate claims for respective customers.
  • Support preparation of business and category review presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in FMCG sales/marketing, including account management experience at either a National or State level.
  • High-level computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel), iRI, Quantium, and SAP.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Intermediate negotiation and presentation skills.
