National Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our executive team as National Sales and Marketing Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with our CEO to shape the national sales strategy for Australia's premium RV market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the national sales team to achieve ambitious targets and KPIs
  • Partner with the CEO and Marketing Partner to develop innovative sales approaches
  • Establish and manage flagship sales locations nationwide
  • Drive sales education and premium product positioning across the marketplace
About The Role

This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage digital tools and platforms to drive sales growth. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • 10+ years of proven sales and business development success
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in the caravan/RV sales space
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital sales platforms and CRM systems
  • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
