Job Overview

We are seeking a Talented Reservations Sales Professional to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to work in front of the iconic Manly Beach and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Your day-to-day will include handling incoming reservations enquiries, up-selling opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing a memorable experience for our guests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar environment, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility to work various shifts. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming reservations enquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests
  • Act as an ambassador, enhancing our image and market reputation
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure memorable experiences and stays for our guests

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar reservations environment or customer service experience required
  • IT savvy and previous experience with Hotel systems favorable
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, predominantly Monday - Friday, however with some week-ends and public holidays as required
