We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team as a Scheduling Manager. As the key contact for all business operations, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day client engagement and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule & organize jobs, manage schedules, and coordinate business operations
  • Promptly repair of client equipment within service standards
  • Offer comprehensive operational support to technicians in the field
  • Communicate with customers professionally and courteously
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in scheduling and accounting software, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. A current unrestricted driver's license is required, and a police clearance check may be necessary.

This is a senior role that sits at the crossroads of the team, the client, and the business. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the pool industry, either working in a similar service position or as a Pool and Spa Technician looking to transition into a back office role.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and strong customer relationships. You will drive results-oriented initiatives, foster a culture of excellence, and contribute to strategic growth plans.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise in scheduling, coordination, and management will enable us to deliver exceptional services to our clients.
