Lead Clinical Services with Compassion and Excellence

We are seeking a compassionate and encouraging leader to join our central Clinical Services leadership team as the Senior Manager, Clinical Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide contemporary and evidence-based clinical guidance and education to our Residential Aged Care (RAC) sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on mentorship and compassionate leadership to clinical and care teams
  • Direct and support clinical teams to provide contemporary clinical guidance, meeting Aged Care Quality Standards and driving service improvement
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of Residential Aged Care clinical service provision
  • Coordinate engaging clinical education programs, clinics, and research projects focused on resident outcomes and impact
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated senior clinical experience, preferably within an accredited environment
  • Strong commitment to excellence and quality in aged care services
  • Empathetic and encouraging leader with the ability to demonstrate strength and resilience when needed
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
