**Who are we looking for?**:
**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Evaluate, monitor and measure quality of care and services and recommend areas for improvement in line with best practice standards to improve quality person centred care.
- Lead risk, incident and feedback investigations and identify acceptable solutions to promote continuous improvement.
- Conduct internal audits to measure performance against agreed standards in preparation for external accreditations and compliance standards.
- Analyse clinical indicators to inform trends and potential opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management to promote, support and educate on business assurance framework, quality and risk and compliance systems.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Demonstrable understanding of clinical best practice and standards, competence and conduct as regulated by AHPRA.
- Understanding of contemporary clinical practice, aged care accreditation standards, and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated experience working with audit and compliance systems, frameworks and processes.
- Tertiary or equivalent qualification in Nursing.
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (desirable)
- Internal Auditor qualifications (desirable).
- Time management and organisation skills, able to plan, prioritise and achieve outcomes to successfully meet deadlines and KPIs, working both independently as well as an effective and collaborative team member.
