Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a compassionate and encouraging leader to act as a role model for our central Clinical Services leadership team. As the Senior Manager, Clinical Services you will provide contemporary and evidence-based clinical guidance and education to our Residential Aged Care (RAC) sites.
Having a presence across our 6 RAC sites in Adelaide metro, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

What can you expect to be doing?
Provide hands-on mentorship and compassionate leadership to clinical and care teams Direct and support clinical teams to provide contemporary clinical guidance, meeting Aged Care Quality Standards and driving service improvement. Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of Residential Aged Care clinical service provision Coordinate engaging clinical education programs, clinics, and research projects focused on resident outcomes and impact Working across 6 sites including Elizabeth, Brompton, Grange, Westbourne Park and Trott Park
What do you need to bring?
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Demonstrated senior clinical experience, preferably within an accredited environment. Strong commitment to excellence and quality in aged care services. Empathetic and encouraging leader with the ability to demonstrate strength and resilience when needed Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
