As a key member of our team, you will provide contemporary and evidence-based clinical guidance and education to our Residential Aged Care (RAC) sites.

About the Role
  • Provide hands-on mentorship and compassionate leadership to clinical and care teams
  • Direct and support clinical teams to provide contemporary clinical guidance, meeting Aged Care Quality Standards and driving service improvement
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of Residential Aged Care clinical service provision
  • Coordinate engaging clinical education programs, clinics, and research projects focused on resident outcomes and impact
