**Who are we looking for?**:
**What can you expect to be doing?**:
As the Clinical Lead, you will:
- Provide contemporary evidence-based practice guidance and support to clinical care teams.
- Assist in the operation and review of the Clinical Governance Framework, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse clinical performance indicators to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
- Coach and mentor home-based Clinical Leadership teams to enhance their competence and confidence.
- Lead and promote a resident-driven service delivery model that respects individual needs.
- Engage with clinical teams to foster critical thinking and improve communication skills.
- Actively participate in governance committees and leadership meetings to improve customer outcomes.
**What do you need to bring?**:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership position within the aged care sector.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, best practice guidelines & Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- A commitment to resident-centred care and inclusivity.
- Ability to analyse data and develop strategies for continuous improvement in clinical services.
- Dedication to promoting a safe and healthy work environment in line with WH&S policies.
