**Who are we looking for?**:
AnglicareSA, a leading provider of aged care services, is seeking a Clinical Lead to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality, evidence-based care across our six Residential Aged Care (RAC) sites.

As the go-to expert, you will leverage your clinical expertise to develop solutions and navigate challenges in partnership with our RAC sites towards consistent compliance.

**What you'll do**:

- ** Provide expert clinical guidance and support**: You will be a trusted resource for our clinical and care teams, offering contemporary, evidence-based advice and education.
- ** Champion continuous improvement**: You will participate in reviewing and updating the Clinical Governance Framework, ensuring it reflects best practices and meets Aged Care Quality Standards.
- ** Lead with vision and purpose**:You will inspire and motivate your team, fostering a strong learning culture and promoting AnglicareSA's values.
- ** Make a difference for residents**: You will be at the forefront of ensuring resident-centred care, advocating for their needs and working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.

**What we're looking for**:

- Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior clinical role within aged care.
- Highly capable in staff development and maintaining accreditation compliance.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and role model AnglicareSA's values.
- Excellent communication and collaboration to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
