About the Role

Hireroo is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our global Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing tactical planning and execution of the marketing strategy, implementing marketing campaigns, and leading retrospectives upon campaign completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implements tactical planning and execution of the marketing strategy, implementing marketing campaigns, and leading retrospectives upon campaign completion.
  • Supports marketing management in evaluating and establishing marketing plans by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, and creating and organizing presentations.
  • Collaborates with marketing management to finalize creative assets needed to support marketing plans or specific initiatives.
  • Develops and edits messaging and content in collaboration with agency partners, ensuring assets support content themes established in the strategy.
  • Conducts research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Works with marketing management, external resources, and internal stakeholders to develop webinars and podcasts.
  • Participates, as assigned, in tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables.
  • Collaborates with agency partners and the marketing team in support of social media, website updates, thought leadership content, and email strategy and planning activities.
  • Share updates and reports with marketing and sales departments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a related position is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point is required.
  • Experience with is a plus.
  • Industry experience in the gaming/gambling industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate with other members of the team and clients.
  • Must have the ability to handle and organise multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
