Proposal Manager Role

The job is to coordinate and manage proposals from start to finish, ensuring timely submission and meeting client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full proposal process, from kick-off through to submission
  • Coordinate meetings and key milestones to keep proposals on track
  • Support win strategy sessions and help develop key messaging
  • Write and edit non-technical content to align with client needs
  • Ensure compliance with internal approvals and submission requirements
  • Contribute to and maintain a library of proposal resources and templates
  • Support early-stage positioning and pursuit activities, including assisting with capture planning, win strategy workshops, and client-focused content development

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have 5-7 years of experience in proposals and bids, strong writing and editing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, excellent organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, as well as strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
