Main Responsibilities:
  • You will manage multiple proposals simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Assess customer requirements and communicate these effectively to inform solution planning.
  • Create or coordinate proposal documents such as Statements of Work, Bills of Materials, Implementation Plans, Delivery Schedules, and Risk Registers.
  • Develop and utilize standardized templates and agreements to streamline the process where possible.
  • Build strong working relationships with sales teams, solutions managers, and internal stakeholders.

The Commercial Operations group oversees ANZ Presales activities, including commercial management, customer quotation, price list management, and bid and proposal management.

This role is responsible for coordinating responses, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher is required. Qualifications in business, engineering, IT, or related fields are highly desirable.
