Proposal Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage proposals and bids. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, assessing customer requirements, and creating proposal documents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage simultaneous proposals and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Communicate customer requirements for inclusion in solution and implementation planning.
- Develop proposal documents such as Statements of Work, Bills of Materials, Implementation Plans, Delivery Schedules, and Risk Registers.
- Build strong relationships with sales, solutions managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress reports and escalate issues as necessary.
Tertiary qualifications are required. A degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient ICT skills.
- Able to deliver projects on time.
- Preferred experience in bid management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in strategy, planning, project coordination, proposal development, or a related field.
