Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Bid and Proposal Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating the development of proposals and bids, working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.

The successful candidate will have experience in proposal development, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will also have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the bid process, including identifying potential opportunities and conducting research
  • Develop and coordinate proposal content, including writing, editing, and formatting
  • Manage internal stakeholders and subconsultant information
  • Prepare and submit proposals in accordance with client requirements and firm standards
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in proposal development or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
