At a leading organization, we're seeking a highly skilled tender writer/submissions coordinator to play a vital role in the preparation, coordination, and supervision of proposals.

The Role:

- Collaborate across units and external partners to manage and coordinate fee letters, proposals, and tenders.
- Develop high-quality EOI and tender responses, including case studies and methodologies.
- Ensure proposals adhere to company brand guidelines and meet client requirements.
- Maintain and update databases, CVs, showcases, and tailored capability statements.
- Contribute to pre-contract activities and functions.
- Support the development of business development updates, including client presentations and award nominations.
- Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of organization and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Leverage advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with Adobe InDesign desirable.
