Requirements

  • Experience supporting people living with dementia and a strong commitment to a person-centred approach.
  • Relevant qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Aged Care, or Mental Health.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, ensuring seamless service delivery.
