The Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional inpatient and ambulatory care at the hospital and surrounding communities.
  • Supervise and mentor junior medical professionals to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal patient outcomes.
  • Engage in educational activities, including teaching, simulation-based education, and ongoing professional development.

Key Qualifications
  • A degree in Medicine or an equivalent qualification.
  • Specialist qualification in Renal and General Medicine, such as Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP).
  • Demonstrated interest in improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
  • Ongoing participation in continuing education, clinical teaching, research, and quality assurance initiatives.
