
Business Development and Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our business and growth in Australia and New Zealand.
This role involves collaborating closely with our Solutions product development and delivery teams, as well as Sales, to work with customers on the assessment, definition, planning, and implementation of highly innovative natural catastrophe solutions.
- Lead the onboarding process for clients and facilitate an effective and successful implementation and usage of our products and solutions.
- Understand customer needs and expectations and provide effective solutions that meet their requirements and address existing challenges.
- Assess the fit/business benefit in the customer context and develop together with the customer an approach to achieve sustainable value add from our products and solutions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders throughout the whole customer lifecycle.
- Provide customers with guidance on the use of our products and solutions and proactively assist them in resolving any challenges that may arise.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that customer expectations are being met.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Closely collaborate with sales & account managers to support client contract renewals and identify opportunities for up- and cross-selling.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and solutions.
- Obtain and maintain an in-depth understanding of our Natural Catastrophe (NatCat) products to effectively address client needs and requests.
