About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to support our business growth initiatives. As a Procurement Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in developing and reviewing procurement solutions for bids, proposals, and contracts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and review of procurement strategies to ensure timely and compliant inputs to customer submissions
  • Liaising with Category Managers to align with category plans and incorporate supplier and market insights
  • Contributing to the implementation of standardised procurement processes, templates and governance
  • Maintaining awareness of compliance, restrictions and accreditations relevant to Defence and national security

Key qualifications include:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in procurement, supply chain or commercial roles, ideally within Defence, Aerospace or other highly regulated sectors
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to bid or project procurement activities
