Business Development Manager
Description:We seek an experienced Business Manager to join our operations in Canberra. As a passionate advocate of growth, you will be driven to develop the business as your own, coaching and mentoring the team to achieve individual success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading branch operations including financial management, service delivery and team leadership
- BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS ALL INDUSTRY SECTORS
- Ensuring recruitment activities operate within compliance and safety requirements
- Coaching and mentoring the team to ensure their own individual success
- Continual review and management of branch profitability, providing reports to the leadership team
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a Leadership capacity
- Passion for Business Development and creating new opportunities
- Ideal candidate should have experience across Manufacturing, Logistics and Construction recruitment, primarily labour hire
- Strong communication skills, clear and concise direction
- Ability to lead from the front and provide support to your team
