**Job Title:** Ministry Leader for Children and Youth

Leichhardt, NSW is home to a thriving Anglican church community seeking an experienced professional to lead children's and youth ministries.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in developing pathways from ministry settings to the 5pm church service, leading Sunday school, SRE, Kid's club, and youth group, and discipling young people to come to faith in Jesus.

Key responsibilities include leading children's and youth ministries, training and developing others, and being part of a team to develop the 5pm service.

Apart from regular worship services, the role involves preaching, teaching, and mentoring young people. The ideal candidate should be available for at least 3 days per week but is open to negotiating a modified role to accommodate studies.

The selected candidate must possess relevant government and church safety standards required for working with children and young people.
