Ministry Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our youth and young adult ministries, preaching regularly and leading worship services.

This role may be held by someone serving full-time, part-time, or as a student/trainee. We value passionate enthusiasm to see young people grow in their faith and knowledge of God, and to reach lost young people in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To preach the gospel truth to young people and equip them for discipleship and evangelism.
  • To lead and develop effective ministry strategies for engaging young people and reaching lost individuals in our community.
  • To collaborate with other church leaders to achieve shared goals and vision.

Requirements:

  • A wholehearted and devoted follower of Jesus, discipled and trained in the gospel truth.
  • Gifted by the Holy Spirit to preach, lead, and minister with young people.
  • Passionate about seeing young people grow in faith and knowledge of God, and reaching lost young people in our community.
  • Good theological training or willingness to undertake training. Ordination is ideal, but openness to ordination is also considered.
  • Licensed by the Archbishop for parish ministry, meeting safe ministry requirements, and eligible to reside and work in Australia.

We seek an individual who is a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be passionate about seeing young people grow in their faith and knowledge of God, and will be committed to developing effective ministry strategies to engage young people and reach lost individuals in our community.
