Our church is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Minister to join our ministry team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for teaching and equipping others.

The role will involve regular preaching and service leading, as well as training and equipping lay leaders.

The successful applicant will also contribute to our youth ministry, scripture teaching, and pastoral care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is committed to gospel ministry and is eager to serve in a family-friendly and flexible environment.

The remuneration package will be consistent with Sydney Anglican guidelines, including housing.

To be considered for this position, the applicant should demonstrate a love for Jesus and his people, have a teachable spirit, and be willing to work alongside and under the leadership of the Senior Minister.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in theology or be working towards one, ideally with previous parish experience.

Able to lead, train, encourage, and organize lay leaders, the ideal candidate will also have proven ability to teach the Bible faithfully, clearly, and practically.

They will be able to care for people, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be organized, diligent, and energetic.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and adjust as the job may require.
