We are looking for a leader to oversee the development and deployment of innovative customer-centric solutions across our Home Claims portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering digital and operational solutions that meet the strategic objectives of Consumer Insurance.

  • The ideal candidate will have end-to-end delivery experience, aligned with Suncorp's strategic objectives, as well as strong stakeholder relationships across business units, technology, and external vendors.
  • They will lead a cross-functional agile squad, fostering alignment, collaboration, and outcome delivery.
  • The Product Owner will define clear business requirements, prioritize backlog initiatives, and facilitate testing, UAT/PVT, release activities, and change management to support deployment.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services
  • Proven experience delivering projects in agile environments, with at least 1 year in a Product Owner or similar role
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across business and technology
  • Strong business acumen, data literacy, and customer-led design understanding
  • A collaborative mindset, with influencing and communication skills
