Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Functional Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys and Data). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the platform and its integration capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and configuration of D365 Customer Insights solutions
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on best practices and product roadmap
  • Coordinating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Customer Insights with other business systems

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Functional Lead in implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is also highly desirable. As a leader in this role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results.
