Job Title: Team Leader - Customer Solutions

About the Role:

The Team Leader plays a critical role in guiding and supporting a small team to achieve their goals and deliver first-class customer support and solutions.

  • Lead the team to deliver on identified individual and business priorities.
  • Liaise with global contacts for training, support, escalation handling and localization of global processes.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and lead the giving and receiving of feedback to achieve best performance outcomes.
  • Develop and regularly review responsibilities for each team member.
  • Implement routine training and coaching processes to maximize customer service expertise.
  • Build team business and technical acumen to maximize customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Contribute to growth through leading a successful team.
  • Create a collaborative and pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • A minimum 4 years work experience in leadership and/or related environments.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of animal medicine and technology is desirable.
  • Additional customer service qualifications are also desirable.
