Job Title: Experienced Customer Solutions Leader

This is a key role within our Customer Experience team, responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure operational efficiency.

You will be based in North Ryde and work closely with our national network to foster a cohesive and positive team that provides exceptional service to customers and improves the lives of patients.

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement through exceptional leadership and coaching.
  • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business results.
