
Nurse Specialist for Chronic Kidney Disease Management

This key position is responsible for delivering expert clinical support to patients with end-stage renal disease, guiding treatment decisions and streamlining assessments, referrals, prescribing, and ongoing reviews.
This autonomous role requires strong clinical leadership skills, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple health services and community settings.
The Advanced CKD Nurse Practitioner will manage stage 4/5 CKD cases, deliver tailored education, and support informed decision-making, enhancing care quality and coordination throughout the patient journey.
About This Opportunity- You will need to be a Registered Nurse with current Registration via AHPRA.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Renal nursing is required.
- A Postgraduate Masters of Nurse Practitioner qualification is essential.
- Motivated, autonomous individuals who can work collaboratively with departments across various health services and community are encouraged to apply.
- Proven clinical leadership skills and a commitment to quality and safety and research activities are highly valued.
