Audio Solutions Expert

  • Presents webinars, industry conferences and training events to educate the audience about audio products and solutions.
  • Collaborates with global sales engineers, sales, marketing, and other teams to achieve shared business goals.
  • Designs and implements high-quality IP-based audio systems, including detailed site surveys, speaker placement, sound dispersion calculations, network topology and BOM creation.
  • Produces technical drawings using CAD tools, schematic designers and simulation software.
  • Recommends and integrates third-party audio products as part of overall solutions.
  • Supports sales efforts with technical demonstrations, audio solution delivery and pre-sales technical documentation.
  • Provides technical training and updates on audio solutions to distributors, resellers and customers.
  • Identifies new audio business opportunities through partner engagement and networking.
  • Represents the company at industry events and trade shows with a focus on audio solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, network engineering, computer science or information systems is desirable.
  • Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role, ideally in network audio or IP-based audio solutions.
  • General knowledge in common paging loudspeaker systems/solutions and IP-based audio and AV control systems is required.
  • Able to facilitate engaging presentations and demonstrations to various audiences.
