Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Content Partnerships Manager. This position involves developing, negotiating, and delivering market-leading client solutions within our audio assets.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create effective go-to-market collateral and communicate opportunities promptly.
  • Partner with content teams nationwide to create creative client campaigns.
  • Deliver clear, timely communication, even under tight deadlines.
  • Ensure strong relationships and customer service with our sales team.
  • Champion sport across all audio assets, providing content integration specialist support and knowledge to our sales team.
  • Support and engage in a dynamic sales team environment.

Requirements

  • Radio experience is preferred, but expertise in integrating brands across podcasts, TV, digital, sport, or outdoor is also relevant.
  • Analyse client needs and craft creative solutions across all audio assets.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, skilled in influencing, negotiating, and mediating for optimal outcomes.
  • Proven organisational skills: planning, time management, problem-solving, and follow-through.
  • Craft creative, strategic responses to client briefs, ensuring optimal sales solutions.
  • Confident presenter with a sales mindset.
  • Deliver on strict deadlines while exceeding client expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
