Description:

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Solutions Specialist to join our team.

">

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV systems and be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore functionality with equipment in the field.

">

Responsibilities include conducting product installations, collaborating with team members to optimize AV solutions for clients, providing technical support and training to end-users, and updating service calls and maintaining records of troubleshooting steps and rectification while providing equipment status.

Key skills and qualifications include:

">
  • Current or recent completion of a TAFE course similar or equivalent to Cert IV in Information Technology (Networking)
  • Experience with AV/UC systems (projectors, sound systems, LED video walls, Microsoft Teams/Zoom rooms etc.) and understanding of networks
  • Commissioning, programming knowledge and experience is beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Be comfortable in working with hand and power tools if required
