Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Enablement Specialist to join our national specialist bids team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in setting a new standard of excellence for pursuits and bid content management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Bid Managers to produce high-quality content and design outcomes.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the use of a new bid automation platform, including working with relevant stakeholders and training relevant teams.
  • Maintain and update the content library and bid guides in collaboration with the Content Executive.
  • Assist with training of fee earners and practice assistants on bid enablement templates and resources.
  • Support the business in preparing submissions and managing the legal directories process.
Requirements
  • Previous bid/proposal experience, preferably in a B2B services firm.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communications skills.
  • Project management skills, including prioritization, working under pressure, and multitasking to tight timeframes.
  • Highest standard of quality, with an eye for design and excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly developed skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint, and experience in SharePoint desirable.
