Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our national specialist bids team as a Bid Executive. In this role, you will play an integral part in producing high-quality content and design outcomes, working collaboratively with the Bid Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our bid automation platform and its applications.
  • Work closely with the Content Executive to maintain and update the content library and bid guides.
  • Provide training and support to fee earners and practice assistants on bid enablement templates and resources.
  • Assist with opportunity capture, reporting, and maintenance of bid content.
  • Manage the legal directories process and support the business in preparing submissions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bid/proposal management, preferably in a global law firm.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communications skills.
  • Project management skills, including prioritization, time management, and multitasking.
  • High standard of quality, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint, and experience with SharePoint is desirable.
