As a vital member of our national bids team, you will play a key role in enhancing our pursuit strategies and bid content management.
Join our innovative bids team, which is committed to establishing a new benchmark for excellence in bid processes. The team is tasked with bid qualification, project management, content creation, pitch coaching, collaborating with our finance department on pricing strategies, and implementing state-of-the-art bid automation tools. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team as we strive to develop a world-class bid enablement function.
Reporting directly to the Bid Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with Bid Managers to generate high-quality content and design outcomes. Becoming a subject matter expert in utilizing a new bid automation platform, engaging with relevant stakeholders, and providing training to necessary teams. Partnering with the Content Executive to sustain and refresh the content library and bid guides. Assisting in the training of fee earners and practice assistants on bid enablement templates and resources. Supporting opportunity capture, reporting, and maintenance of bid content as needed. Managing the legal directories process and aiding the business in preparing submissions.Qualifications
Previous experience in bids or proposals, ideally within a business services firm. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong project management abilities, including prioritization, working under pressure, and multitasking within tight deadlines. A commitment to the highest standards of quality, with a keen eye for design and meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and PowerPoint), with experience in SharePoint being advantageous.The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven, and focused individual.
