This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic bids team as we continue to build a world-class bid enablement function.

As a Bid Executive, you will work collaboratively with the Bid Managers to produce high-quality content and design outcomes.

You will become a subject matter expert in the use of a new bid automation platform and work with relevant stakeholders and teams to implement it.

You will also work with the Content Executive to maintain and update the content library and bid guides.

Requirements

  • Previous bid/proposals experience, preferably in a B2B services firm.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communications skills.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and multi-task to tight timeframes.
  • Highest standard of quality - an eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to highest quality results.
  • Highly developed skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) and experience in SharePoint desirable.
