About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing key clients, opening doors to new divisions, cross-selling, and developing expert-level product knowledge.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges, and aligning solutions to meet their requirements.

You will conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful execution of projects and deliverables.

You will develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market, including lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Account and Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze account and sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team and executive.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
